William G. Schulze Enterprises, LLC Builder was first established in the middle 1970’s as Schulze Brothers Custom Carpentry. The change in name was made out of necessity. Our company expanded its capabilities and needed its name and logo to reflect the same.
General contracting is our specialty, but our individual crews are available on a sub-contract basis. We are well versed in remodeling and new construction. Our millwork shop can reproduce moldings and trim to match your project exactly, or use stock molding to help control the cost.
William G. Schulze Enterprises, LLC is fully insured with workmen’s compensation for all employees and full liability while we are on the job, and after we have left. We have water and drain layers bond protection where applicable.

Although I am not very suprised by the outstanding outcome of the job, since you and your superbly skilled workers built a new master bedroom suite for us two years ago, I really was not able to imagine such a terrific outcome.
